Shocking Incident: Russian Soldier Cannibalizes Comrade to Survive During War

An 18-month-old boy was left in a coma after being violently slammed to the ground by a tourist at Sheremetyevo Airport near Moscow. The incident, which occurred on June 24, 2025, was captured on surveillance footage and widely condemned. According to reports from Russian media, the boy suffered severe skull and spinal injuries due to the unprovoked attack, which took place shortly after he and his mother arrived in Russia after fleeing from Iran.
The assailant, identified as Vladimir Vitkov, a 31-year-old Belarusian citizen, allegedly lifted the toddler and threw him onto the concrete floor while the child’s mother momentarily retrieved a pushchair. Witnesses described Vitkov as surveying the surroundings before committing the act. Investigators are examining whether the attack was racially motivated, and it is reported that Vitkov may have been under the influence of drugs at the time; traces of cannabis were found in his blood.
Moscow Region's Children’s Ombudswoman, Ksenia Mishonova, has condemned the violence, stating that it is "incredibly difficult to bear." Vitkov is currently in custody and faces charges of attempted murder.
