James Webb Space Telescope Suggests Universe Might Reside Inside Black Hole

A woman who accused hip-hop artists Sean "Diddy" Combs and Jay-Z, whose real name is Shawn Carter, of sexually assaulting her when she was 13 years old has voluntarily dismissed her civil lawsuit, according to court records from the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. The lawsuit, initially filed in December, claimed the incident occurred at a party following the MTV Video Music Awards in September 2000. The dismissal "with prejudice" ensures the case cannot be refiled.
While it remains uncertain if a settlement was reached, Jay-Z expressed relief over the outcome, calling the allegations "frivolous, fictitious and appalling." He stated, "The fictional tale they created was laughable," while emphasizing the distress endured by his family throughout the process.
Diddy has faced separate legal challenges, including charges of sex trafficking and racketeering, with a criminal trial set to begin on May 5, 2025. Both artists have denied the allegations attached to both cases.
