Initially announced in December 2024, the recall was prompted by potential contamination with undeclared allergens such as milk, soy, wheat, sesame, food dye, and almonds. According to the FDA, products from Cal Yee Farms were sold in nine U.S. states, including California and Texas, and online, heightening the need for consumers nationwide to inspect their pantries.
