Plane Collision Claims Three Lives in Fiery Crash

A 29-year-old woman from Seattle has been arrested following the death of her 14-year-old son, whom she allegedly beat with an extension cord after he failed to complete his chores. According to KOMO News, the mother admitted to police that she "went too far" while disciplining her son, stating it was "butt-cutting time."
On Thursday afternoon, she called 911 reporting that her son had become unresponsive during the incident. The police report indicates that after ordering him to remove his clothing, she struck him with the cord and shoved him against a wall, causing him to hit his head. It's alleged that she continued to beat him for about an hour while he lay on the floor.
Despite her absence at a bail hearing, her lawyer argued for her release, citing her emotional trauma from losing her son. However, the judge ordered a bail of $3 million, siding with prosecutors. The woman, who has not been named, is expected to face formal charges soon.
