Shocking Video of Bear Torture Surfaces in Chhattisgarh

The return of 104 illegal Indian immigrants from the United States has sparked widespread condemnation in India following the use of shackles during their deportation. The U.S. Border Patrol released a video showing the migrants being escorted onto a military transport plane, with a warning that anyone who crosses the border illegally will face removal, according to USBP Chief Michael W. Banks. The deportation flight, which reportedly marked a significant distance for military transport, landed in Amritsar, Punjab on February 5, 2025.
Opposition leaders in India, including Rahul Gandhi and Akhilesh Yadav, held protests outside Parliament, demanding discussions on the inhumane treatment of the deportees. They criticized the government for the lack of dignity shown during the deportation process. MP Shashi Tharoor emphasized the need for a humane approach to such deportations, suggesting India should have sent its own aircraft.
The Indian government has yet to hold a special session to address the issue but is reportedly considering new legislation to enhance migrant protections, as highlighted by External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar.
