Earth's Future Oxygen Levels Are Set to Plummet, Scientists Warn

Maxwell Anderson, a 34-year-old man from Milwaukee, has been found guilty of murdering and dismembering 19-year-old college student Sade Carleena Robinson during their first date in April 2024. According to the New York Post, Robinson was reported missing after failing to show up for work the day following their dinner date.
Investigators discovered her remains scattered along the Lake Michigan shoreline, with a severed leg identified through DNA testing. Surveillance footage placed Robinson at Anderson's apartment, and disturbing evidence, including photographs of her dismembered body on Anderson's phone, emerged. Authorities also described a "sex dungeon" in his basement, equipped with restraints and other items. Notably, the couple watched an episode of Love, Death & Robots, which featured themes of dismemberment, on the night of the murder.
After just 45 minutes of deliberation, the jury convicted Anderson of first-degree intentional homicide, mutilation of a corpse, hiding a corpse, and arson. He is set to be sentenced on August 15 and faces life in prison without parole. Robinson's mother, Sheena Scarbrough, stated, “Sade will continue to walk with me daily...forever be remembered as an angel.”
