In a tragic case of mistaken identity, a man in Lucknow, India, hired hitmen to murder his lover's husband and father but ended up with the wrong target. On December 30, police found the body of a cab driver, Mohammad Rizwan, during their investigation. Senior officer Raveena Tyagi stated that three suspects have been arrested, and crucial evidence, including a countrymade firearm, live bullets, and mobile phones, has been recovered.

The main accused, Aftab Ahmed, allegedly plotted the murder after contacting Yasir, who then recruited Krishnakant to assist in carrying out the crime. The intention was to kill the father of Aftab's lover, identified as Irfan, but the hitmen mistakenly shot Rizwan.

Police have successfully solved the case, affirming their commitment to capturing those responsible for this grievous error. This incident highlights the seriousness of unlawful contracts and the potentially fatal consequences of such actions.
