An undercover operation in Lake County, Florida, dubbed "Operation Forced Labor," resulted in the arrest of 29 individuals on charges of prostitution and drug-related offenses, while also rescuing four victims of human trafficking. According to the Lake County Sheriff's Office, the operation took place from February 6 to 8 and involved a collaboration among local police departments and the Polk County Sheriff's Office, alongside Homeland Security.
Detectives targeted known prostitution websites during the three-day effort, managing to identify and stabilize victims.
