The video features two segments—one discussing a vaccine's spike protein structure and the other linking it to HIV. It alleges that the spike protein stabilizer in the COVID vaccine includes "HIV fragments," which supposedly enhance the immune response. However, investigations by First Check reveal that these claims are misleading. The first part of the video includes footage from a documentary about vaccine development that focused on a different and discontinued vaccine candidate, which produced false positive results in HIV tests during initial trials.

The second segment features Dr. Richard M Fleming, known for promoting various conspiracy theories regarding COVID-19. His assertions regarding HIV in vaccines lack scientific backing and credibility, as he has been discredited in scientific circles and banned from participating in drug studies by the US FDA.

In conclusion, the claim that HIV is present in COVID vaccines is false. The experimental vaccine referenced was never publicly distributed and posed no HIV transmission risk. Authorities continue to encourage vaccination, as COVID-19 vaccines have been rigorously tested and shown to be safe and effective.
