Ukraine Drone Strike Causes Casualties in Russia's Kursk Amid Ongoing Conflict

Russian drone operators received a batch of glasses rigged with explosives, designed to detonate when activated, according to a report by TASS. The devices, supplied anonymously in response to a request by Russian volunteers, contained around 15 grams of plastic explosives, strategically placed under the casing near the temple area. Igor Potapov, an official responsible for supplying military equipment to Russian forces, confirmed the findings.
The glasses were manufactured by the Chinese company Skyzone, known for producing electronic equipment used to control first-person view drones. Their Cobra X V4 headset is popular among military and civilian users for its image quality and signal stability. Reports indicate that if one of these glasses detonated while being worn, it would likely kill the user and injure nearby personnel.
This incident echoes similar tactics used in Israeli operations against Hezbollah, raising concerns about the security and safety of military equipment supplied in conflict zones.
