Major Darknet Child Exploitation Platform "Kidflix" Shut Down in International Operation

A gastroenterologist in Munich has been sentenced to six and a half years in prison for raping women during colonoscopies, according to the Munich District Court. The assaults reportedly occurred between 2017 and 2021, while the victims were under sedation. The court found the defendant guilty in a total of 17 cases of rape and sexual abuse, stating there was "no reasonable doubt" about the charges.
Witnesses, including staff members, testified observing the doctor committing these acts and later reported him to authorities. One witness described how some of the patients were heavily sedated with Propofol, making them more vulnerable. The judge expressed full confidence in the credibility of the witnesses and stated there was no evidence to suggest they colluded against the doctor.
The defense argued for an acquittal, claiming the physician adhered to medical guidelines and suggesting a conspiracy by staff against him. However, the court rejected this defense, emphasizing the gravity of the offenses committed.
