A former BJP worker, Anamika Sharma, has been arrested along with her boyfriend and his accomplice for allegedly allowing the sexual assault of her 13-year-old daughter. The arrests occurred on Wednesday at a hotel in Haridwar after a medical examination confirmed the girl's assault, according to Haridwar Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Pramendra Dobhal. The case came to light when the victim disclosed her ordeal to her father, prompting him to file a police complaint.
