China Achieves Milestone with First Working Thorium Reactor

Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer BYD has unveiled plans to sell 21 models featuring its new "God's Eye" advanced driver-assistance system. The announcement was made on February 10, 2025, during a live online event hosted by BYD’s founder, Wang Chuanfu. According to the company, the system will be available across three distinct tiers, tailored to its various vehicle brands, thereby strengthening BYD's position in the competitive smart electric vehicle market.
BYD's strategic move comes as the company opens its first electric vehicle factory in Rayong, Thailand, aiming to expand its footprint in Southeast Asia. The introduction of the "God's Eye" system is expected to accelerate competition within the rapidly growing sector of smart vehicles, as global manufacturers increasingly focus on integrating advanced technology into their offerings.
Experts suggest that innovations like BYD's driver-assistance technology could redefine standards for safety and convenience in electric vehicles, potentially enhancing consumer interest and market share in the region.
