Bollywood Actor Saif Ali Khan Hospitalized After Knife Attack at Home

Indian film star Saif Ali Khan was hospitalized following a knife attack at his residence in Mumbai in the early hours of January 16, 2025. The incident occurred around 2:30 AM when an intruder allegedly entered the actor's home while he was asleep. A scuffle ensued, resulting in the actor being stabbed four times before the assailant fled the scene.

Khan is currently receiving treatment at Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai, where hospital staff confirmed that he is out of danger. The police have lodged a First Information Report (FIR) against the suspect and initiated an investigation into the incident. They are currently interrogating three attendants who were present at Khan's residence during the attack; one of the attendants reportedly sustained injuries during the confrontation.

Saif Ali Khan's representatives released an official statement emphasizing that the situation is under police investigation and requested privacy as they navigate the aftermath of this alarming event. The actor had returned to Mumbai after celebrating the New Year in Switzerland with his family.

On the professional front, Saif Ali Khan was recently seen in the multi-language film "Devara Part 1," alongside Jr NTR and Janhvi Kapoor.
