Albuquerque Man Arrested for Soliciting Sex from Human Trafficking Victim
Albuquerque Police have arrested 50-year-old William Cates for allegedly soliciting sex from a 14-year-old girl who is a victim of human trafficking. Cates is facing serious charges including criminal sexual penetration of a minor and patronizing prostitution. His arrest came during an investigation into the operations of two other individuals, Tajahnae Maryann Johnson and Roderick Norseweather, who have also been charged in connection with human trafficking activities.
